Description

Who doesn’t love a curry? We often forget that India is such a diverse and colourful country, and this is reflected in the exotic dishes flavoured with a long list of wonderful herbs and spices from all the different regions across the country. There is so much more to experience and enjoy, this one day Indian cooking class is perfect for you to start your culinary journey of this wonderful country . We’ll give you a hands-on experience in Indian cooking, using fresh ingredients, correct techniques and recipes. You will make your own curry paste, naan bread, fresh chutneys and curries.
