Description

French food and by default French cooking is much loved, and yet so feared, especially for newcomers in the kitchen. It can be complicated, as it is often made up of many layered techniques, but on this one day class we will demystify this classic cuisine. By the end of the day you will be transported to France, you can conjure up the relaxed romance of dining at an authentic French bistro with these delicious dishes.
