This two day intensive weekend workshop will demystify bread making. From the simple soda to the slow rise of a yeasted dough and all that is in between come and learn in this hands on class the joys of fresh bread. There is nothing quite like the feeling you get when you take your first loaf of yeast bread out of the oven. The mixture of pride and a tinge of annoyance as those around you devour every last crumb. Class starts on Saturday morning with a short demonstration and then you will be getting straight in to baking your own heavenly creations.
A most important element of our weekend workshops is the opportunity to review your cookery course with a question and answer session and informal discussions with your tutor and fellow students.
