Aromatic, and fragrant, on this evening class you will create authentic, aromatic Thai dishes using authentic ingredients. Thai food is very much a “taste based” cuisine. Also, knowing how sour, sweet, spicy, and salty you want your food, getting a feel for balancing out the flavours in each Thai dish, is another important part of cooking Thai. The evening class will start with a demonstration by our resident chef, you will learn how to make your very own green curry pastes.
