A one day intensive course that will as the title suggest bring back the weekend roast. More and more of us only have time to cook at weekends so this course is an ideal course for both beginners and experienced cooks a like. With advice from our own local butcher on buying meat and easy to follow time plans that mean you wont be stuck in the kitchen all day. Learn to produce the ultimate Yorkshire pudding and the crunchiest roast potato. Let us take you step by step through how to make the most delicious Sunday roast for your family. We will teach you how to approach different cuts of meat, innovative ways to serve your vegetables and how to serve a rich and flavoursome gravy with no Bisto in sight. You will learn how to get your crackling crisp and your meals on the table on time. We will also include prepare ahead starters and tasty puddings for the perfect Sunday menu.
